Great article; I really enjoyed it.
You still write beautifully.

I am opposed to broadcasting from the courtroom for several reasons. It could corrupt the testimony of future witnesses and can become a circus thus denying Due Process to the accused. A classic example is the Lindbergh Murder Trial. You should see the films of that fiasco.
